Holly Garman, Founder/Producer/Publicist
With a diverse background in food. spirits, music and theater, Holly brings a unique blend of creativity, passion and strategic planning to her life as a publicist--generating major results and leaving a lasting impact for each client she represents.
Holly began her career as a press liaison at The Comcast Center for the Performing Arts (formerly Great Woods) outside of Boston where she guided on-site press efforts for Elton John, Cher, Ringo Starr, Aerosmith, Graham Nash, Phil Collins, Bon Jovi and more.
After leading agency and in-house PR teams for Gillette, Polaroid, Bacardi & Chapstick, she opened HMG Public Relations in 2009—now a full service, boutique firm working extensively with leading national media outlets and a diverse client roster including George Street Playhouse, McCarter Theater Center, Long Wharf Theatre, The Broadway Brews Project; Arts in the Armed Forces, Graham Windham, Rockwood Music Hall Recordings, LaDuca Dance Shoes and NYC Beer Week to name a few as well as On & Off Broadway productions working with leading press representative Sam Rudy.
Holly has developed media relations programs for industry leaders and start-ups alike resulting in national coverage in The New York Times, Charlie Rose Show, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Conan, and Rolling Stone and many more.
She is currently developing and producing a new Broadway-bound musical based on the incredible true story of the 6888 Battalion.-the first and only all-black, all-female unit to serve overseas during WWII.
